Alan has lead or founded several leading Internet companies, including Think Dynamics that was acquired by IBM and Pacific Connections that was acquired by China.Com. He has worked in the Venture business and has lived and worked around the World including Hong Kong where he grew a business from 0 to $200 million in Rev in 5 years. He was the founding Chair of Acetech, an association of Technology CEO’s, is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Org) and is a Certified Corporate Director (ICD.D) from Rotman school of business and has a BCOMM from the U of Windsor. Alan is currently the managing director of Omazo Ventures Inc.

Tom McIlwham

Tom has over 30 years of information technology experience spanning infrastructure development and management, process implementation and optimization, technical merger and acquisition assessments & implementations and disaster recovery evaluation and planning. As a Senior Consultant for IT integration activities and optimization, organizational alignment and Service Delivery enhancements, he is recognized as an agent of change with his leadership and delivery of several major projects to the Financial Services industry in the past 12 years due to Merger and Acquisition activities.

 

Ashok Shah recently retired from Alcatel-Lucent as President of the Professional Services Business Division, having led Alcatel-Lucent’s Professional Services organization to deliver the project discipline and innovative thinking required to provide low-cost, high-value solutions to its clients worldwide. Prior to joining Lucent, Mr. Shah held a number of leadership positions with key industry players including Hewlett Packard, Compaq Computer Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Shah is a member on the board of directors for Sapient Corporation and advises various professional and community organizations across varying industries and verticals.

Anish Mathai has over 25 years experience in the Financial Services, Management Consulting and Information Technology industries. He has extensive experience in Private Banking, Trading operations and infrastructure (equity, mutual funds, fixed income and FX), Investment Banking, Treasury (funding and full-service offshore subsidiaries), Money Transfer and Custody businesses. Mr. Mathai has an MBA from the Harvard Business School, MA, and a Masters degree in Operations Research from Delhi University, India.
